Governor Rochas Okorocha attacks Adams Oshiomhole in what seems to be an unending battle in the APC as the Governor was said to have told the general public that Oshiomhole needs to know how to talk.
Okorocha accused the Chairman of making a statement that does not show respect to some of the party leaders.
Earlier Oshiomhole told Edo state APC women leaders when he received them in Abuja that some Governors under the platform of the APC are poor students of history. The women came to support him as the crisis in the party continues.
Governor Okorocha quickly reacted to the statement of the Chairman through Sam Onwuemeodo, his Chief Press Secretary saying that Oshiomhole should show respect and caution like the President while talking about party leaders
Governor Okorocha said: “We have not read Oshiomhole’s statement but I don’t think any National Chairman of a party can say such a thing. He should be advised on how he speaks. He can’t be attacking the leaders of the party.
“Take it from me, a party does not exist in a vacuum. There must be people to run the party. President Muhammadu Buhari has a high pedigree which Nigerians are happy and Oshiomhole should learn from Mr President.
“We have not read it anywhere but we insist that it is not the best way to treat members of the party. Oshiomhole should learn to talk in a way that brings dignity to APC”.
