Apostle Johnson Suleman, the general overseer of omega fire ministry, has shared the story of how four herdsmen were caught while plotting an attack close to his church. According to the clergyman who made the revelation via his Twitter handle, he said the herdsmen were handed over to the police but the police were unable to provide them the following day.

Death Toll Rises To 15 In Lagos Boat Mishap – LASEMA

A Lagos state boat that capsized at Badore near Lekki on the 29th of June recording the death of a pregnant woman as recovered 15 other dead bodies from the mishap. According to a statement released by Lagos State Emergency Agency( LASEMA), it confirmed recovering four bodies on Saturday and an ongoing search helped them recovered 15 other bodies from the mishap. the statement which was signed by its public affairs officer Kehinde Adebayo, says efforts were ongoing to get others who were on board the 20-seater boat.

Omoyele Sowore, presidential candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) in the 2019 elections, on Tuesday met with Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), in New York. A video of the meeting which was posted to Facebook, Sowore revealed that this was the beginning and the effect would send “shock waves down the spine of the oppressors in Nigeria”.

A Nigerian senator has sparked online rage after he was caught on camera physically assaulting a woman at an s*x toy shop in Abuja. The senator reportedly Nigeria’s youngest senator, Elisha Abbo, representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, beat the woman up just because she begged him not to descend on the shop owner whom the senator accused of insulting him.

Activist, Shehu Sani has commented on the failure of the federal government to implement the minimum wage increase as it promised to workers. Shehu Sani, the former Nigerian Senator has compared Nigeria’s minimum wage to a piece of meat. In a Tweet, he referred to it as “Dangling meat”.The minimum was signed by President Buhari in April and he promised that it will be paid before workers day. However months after, the new minimum wage has not been implemented.
